CANCELLATION POLICY
Sharpening Service
You can request a cancellation at any time after placing your order. The status of your order will govern the amount of monies returned to you. If you want to cancel for any reason, you must email us at NiceandSharpNC@Gmail.com
FULL REFUND MINUS 10% If we have not shipped out our mail-in package. You will receive all your money back minus 10% which will cover our costs.
FULL REFUND MINUS 10% AND MINUS $10.00 If we have shipped you our mail-in package.
PARTIAL REFUND If we have started sharpening your knives you will receive a refund for any knives we have not sharpened.
Sharpening Class
A $50.00 deposit is required to hold the date(s) that have been requested for the class. The full amount of the deposit is refundable as long as you notify me at least 24 hours prior to the date of the class.
