SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING YOUR KNIVES TO US
IF WE SENT YOU THE SHIPING SUPPLIES
Pack all knives to be shipped to us in our mail-in box that was shipped to you after you placed your order.
Please follow the directions and make sure that you include the completed Order Form.
Make sure that the box is sealed well and that the knives are not loose in the box.
Bring the labeled box to the shipper of your choice.
We recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number.
IF YOU ARE SENDING ITEMS IN YOUR OWN BOX
SHIPPING THE SHARPENED KNIVES BACK TO YOU
We use UPSP for most of our shipping.
Our standard shipping and handling cost covers the cost of shipping the knives back to you, and insuring the contents for $50.00.
Additional insurance can be purchased when placing your order, up to a total of $400.00.
